Mr. Davis has received instructions from the Trustee under the Will of the late John Piddock, Esq., to offer for sale by auction, in the month oh April next (unless an eligible offer should previously made by private contract;)
All that very substantial built and desirable residence, the Platts, near Stourbridge, with out offices and appurtanances, surrounded by about 24 acres of valuable meadow land, studded with ornamental timber & plantations. - Early possession may be had.
