NOTICE
is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting and carried
on by and between the undersigned Thomas Jukes Collier and James Foster,
as Executors of the late John Bradley, deceased, and the said James
Foster on his own separate account, as Iron and Coalmasters, at Stourbridge,
Eardington, Hampton’s Load, Shut End, Brettell Lane, Baptist
End, and Scott’s Green, in the several counties of Worcester,
Salop, and Stafford, under the firm or description of John Bradley
and Company, was dissolved at or upon the thirty-first day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and twenty six; since which time the said
trade or businesses hath been and will in future be carried on by
the said James Foster and Henry Bradley, of Wollescott, in the parish
of Oldswinford, in the county of Worcester, Ironmaster, under the
same firm or description of John Bradley and Company.

and Wombridge, in the county of Salop, under the firm or description
of Thomas Jukes Collier and Company, was dissolved at or upon the
thirty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred and twenty
six; since which time the said trade or business hath been and will
in future be carried on by the said Thomas Jukes Collier, James Foster,
and Henry Bradley, of Wollescott, in the parish of Oldswinford, in
the county of Worcester, Ironmaster, under the said firm or description
of Thomas Jukes Collier and Company.

and twenty six; since which time the said trade or business hath been
carried on by the said James Foster, and Henry Bradley, and the said
John Urpeth Rastrick, under the said firm or description of Foster,
Rastrick and Company.

NOTICE
is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting and carried
on by and between the undersigned James Foster, Henry Bradley, and
John Urpeth Rastrick, as Iron-founders, at Stourbridge, in the county
of Worcester, under the firm or description of Foster, Rastrick and
Company, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and the said trade
or business will in future be carried on by the said James Foster,
and Henry Bradley, under the firm or description of John Bradley and
Company; and that all debts due to and owing from the said partnership
will be paid or received by the said James Foster and Henry Bradley.
