The time for delivery of the first One Hundred Tons to be extended to the 14th of June, with power to the Company to suspend the delivery of any part for any time not exceeding Six months, on their giving one months previous notice - and if on giving One Months Notice the Company shall require Two Hundred Tons to be delivered in any One Month the contractor engaged so to do

I agree the above stipulation in addition to the Conditions referred to in the annexed Tender.
