TO
be SOLD by AUCTION by Mr. GEORGE ALLEN, on Friday the 6th Day of
February, next, at Four-o’Clock in the Afternoon, at the Talbot
Inn, in Stourbridge, in the County of Worcester, subject to such
Conditions as will then be produced;—
LOT I. All that Piece of Land or Pasture Ground situated at Red
Hall Hill, in the Parish of Rowley Regis in the County of Stafford,
containing by Estimation 4 Acres (more or less) with the 5 Tenements
or Dwelling Houses, Shops, and other Buildings erected thereon,
and the Gardens belonging thereto; all which Premises are in the
Occupation of Mr. Thomas Siddaway and his under Tenants.
N.B. It is supposed that there is a good Mine of Coal underneath
the above - mentioned Premises.
LOT II. A piece of Land or Pasture Ground, situated near Colley
Gate, in Cradley, in the Parish of Hales Owen, in the County of
Worcester, containing by mensuration 1 Acre 2 Roods and 17 Perches
(more or less) now in the possession of Mr. John Pargeter.
LOT III. An excellent Tan Yard, with the Vats, Warehouses, Drying
Rooms, Stable, Outbuildings, and all other Conveniences for carrying
on the Tanning Business to a very considerable Extent, most desirably
situated at Cradley aforesaid, near the Turnpike Road leading from
Stourbridge to Hales Owen; also a Piece of Pasture Land adjoining
the Tan Yard, containing about two Acres (more or less) all which
Premises were lately occupied by Messrs. John Pargeter and Henry
Shaw.
The several Tenants will shew the Premises; and for further Particulars
apply to Mr. Joseph Pargeter, at Carless Green, in the Parish of
Old Swinford; the auctioneer, or Mr. Robins, Solicitor, in Stourbridge.
